Intellectual Property Protection Policy
RETO HUB take the protection of intellectual property rights and the rights of rightful owners seriously and will take action against the misuse of intellectual property in violation of applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products and content (e.g., images, descriptions, etc.) do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Product listings may be removed without notice if reported to infringe on intellectual property rights not owned by the seller.
RETO HUB have measures in place to monitor and prevent intellectual property violations on the RETO HUB platform. However, in cases of intellectual property violations, the responsibility remains with the seller. Therefore, sellers must ensure that their product listings, including the product itself, names, descriptions, and images, do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
In addition, RETO HUB prioritizes addressing copyright infringement on the platform. RETO HUB enforces the Notice and Takedown Measure in accordance with amended copyright laws. Copyright owners can send a Notice to RETO HUB to request the removal (Takedown) of infringing content from the platform promptly. This allows for quicker prevention of copyright infringement.
