Seller agreement

The following legal document outlines the terms under which RETO HUB provides protection to buyers.

 

1. Introduction

 

Payment for sales offers (“Offers”) on the RETO HUB website (“Site”) signifies that you (“Buyer”) accept the following terms with RETO HUB (“RETO HUB”). The Buyer Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of June 20, 2023, for both existing and new buyers. This Agreement and the Seller Agreement are intended to:

  • Educate buyers and sellers about their roles and responsibilities to ensure they are fully protected by RetoHub.

  • Explain the role of RETO HUB throughout the transaction process and promise that RETO HUB will mediate disputes as neutrally as possible.

2. Buying on Retohub

When purchasing on Retohub, buyers must:

  • Provide and maintain accurate personal information of the buyer on the site during and after registration, verification, and payment.

  • Acknowledge the responsibility to carefully review seller offers before purchasing, including verifying that the buyer is purchasing the correct product type in the correct marketplace (game, server, and other relevant sections).

  • Acknowledge the responsibility for correctly identifying the buyer's in-game character name when placing an order.

  • Confirm delivery only after the order is completed.

  • Use the RETO HUB dispute resolution system in case of conflict with the seller.

When purchasing on Retohub, buyers must not:

  • Violate the offer policy or the User Agreement.

  • Return purchased products or services to the seller under any circumstances unless properly adjudicated by Retohub staff.

  • Attempt to resolve disputes independently without allowing RETO HUB to adjudicate or dispute the buyer's payment with entities other than RETO HUB.

  • Confirm delivery before the order is completed.

  • Register or use more than one RETO HUB account.

  • Purchase products or offers created by themselves or their representatives.

To facilitate trading and protect buyers and sellers, RETO HUB must:

  • Verify buyers, sellers, and buyer payments.

  • Withhold buyer payments until RETO HUB determines the order completion status.

  • Refund buyers appropriately for any products or services that Retohub considers not properly delivered.

  • Pay sellers appropriately, deducting RETO HUB fees for any products or services that Retohub considers properly delivered.

  • Reserve the right to prosecute buyers or sellers to the fullest extent of the law in case of any fraud.

 

3. Dispute Resolution

In case the buyer and seller disagree on the delivery status of the order, either party must file a clarification request within 72 hours after the other party's request. The clarification request must be filed according to the procedure using the RETO HUB dispute resolution system. Disputes reported by other means will not be accepted by RETO HUB and will be considered void. Such situations often arise due to accidents or misunderstandings. Therefore, RETO HUB recommends buyers and sellers to directly contact each other to resolve the issue properly through the RETO HUB dispute resolution system.

In case the order is escalated to the final resolution committee of RETO HUB, the buyer must:

  • Fully cooperate with Retohub and the Committee as required to resolve disputes. 

In case the order is escalated to the final resolution committee of RETO HUB, the buyer must not:

  • Attempt to independently adjudicate or dispute the buyer's payment with entities other than RETO HUB and the Committee.

In case the order is escalated to the final resolution committee of RETO HUB, the Committee will:

  • Adjudicate any disputes between buyers and sellers neutrally.

  • Withhold buyer payments until the dispute is resolved or the order is fully completed.

  • Continue to protect sellers from payment fraud.

  • Thoroughly verify the seller's delivery evidence and confirm that the seller has complied with the delivery agreement.

  • Verify that the buyer has complied with the buyer's delivery agreement.

  • Review the trade history of buyers and sellers.

  • Scrutinize buyers and sellers involved in transactions, as well as reviewing offers and orders.

  • Review any communications sent between buyers and sellers through the RetoHub onsite messaging system related to the order.

  • Reserve the right to conduct additional evaluations or necessary investigation steps to resolve the dispute.

In summary, the final resolution committee of RETO HUB will:

  • Refund the buyer appropriately at the Committee's discretion.

  • Pay the seller appropriately, deducting RETO HUB fees at the Committee's discretion.

  • Reserve the right to prosecute buyers or sellers to the fullest extent of the law in case of any fraud.

 

4. Non-compliance

In case the buyer violates these policies, the buyer may:

  • Order Cancellation

  • Account Suspension or Permanent Termination

  • Forfeiture of payment resulting in payment to the seller

  • Legal Prosecution

 

5. Fraudulent Behavior

RETO HUB firmly stands on the cause of identity theft and fraud. RETO HUB takes effective internal, external and exclusive measures to resurface and document fraudulent activities. RETO HUB mainly addresses the intensity of the law. To pursue a case against any person or group. Anything consistent with fraudulent activity may require notification. and other own information All relevant matters so that the agency can take appropriate action in carrying out the law. In order to effectively warrant and prosecute, RETO HUB will report the fraud to the ISP (internet customs) for action under acceptable practices. Criminal cases may be filed. RETO HUB may also file charges against the criminal examiner. In a civil suit specifically to recover damages and costs for any and all (system frequency) causes against RETO HUB, it is not left open to the consideration of "minority" of fraud in fraud or "no one really did" RETO HUB litigation attorneys. and prosecute cases to the maximum extent possible to support expenses

 

6. Limitations

RETO HUB and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any damages arising from the following:

  • Delays, failures, or interruptions of content or services delivered through the site.

  • Actions or omissions from game publishers or developers, or any representatives of game publishers or developers towards buyers or sellers.

  • Unauthorized access or actions conducted by third parties through the buyer's RETO HUB account.

 

7. Messaging Policy

No messages containing the following content are allowed:

  • There must be no profane language (including language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene).

  • Solicitation for exchange.

  • Solicitation for offsite transactions.

 

8. Offer Policies

Offers posted on Retohub must meet the following criteria:

  • Items that fall under any of the following categories: currency, items, game accounts, powerleveling, or game guides.

  • Currency items are limited to one offer per sale (game and server) per seller.

  • Post under the correct offer category.

  • Post in the correct item category and section.

  • Post under the correct game, server, and faction (if applicable).

  • No nudity or overtly sexual, offensive, or objectionable content.

  • There must be no profane language (including language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene).

     

    Offers for the following items are not allowed:

  • No scams, exploits, or bots.

  • No assets obtained from exploitive in-game activities.

  • No offers to trade items.

  • No solicitation for offsite transactions.

    The following types of offers are not allowed:

  • No email addresses, phone numbers, instant messaging IDs, or other personal information of members.

  • No URLs to other websites used as solicitation tools.

  • No nudity or overtly sexual, offensive, or objectionable content.

  • No profane language (including language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene).

    The following types of offers are not allowed:

  • Email addresses, phone numbers, instant messenger IDs, or other personal information of members.

  • URLs to other websites used as solicitation tools.

  • Nudity or explicit sexual content, offensive, or grossly inappropriate material.

  • No profane language (including language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene).

    The following types of offers are not allowed:

  • No offers to trade items.

  • Test/demo offers.

  • Duplicate offers.

 

9. Feedback Policy

Comments containing the above content are not allowed and may be removed without prior notice.

  • Offensive or obscene language (including racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene language).

  • Personal contact information and/or transferred language.

    The following comments and responses are not allowed and may be removed without notice:

    Members are not allowed to:

  • Creating orders for the purpose of leaving negative feedback.

  • Rating yourself by creating invalid orders to boost positive feedback.

  • Demanding refunds, discounts, gifts, or other incentives in exchange for removing negative feedback.

 

10. Community Policy

RETO HUB allows one RETO HUB account per member. Violation of this policy may result in your RETO HUB account being permanently closed. Usernames that contain vulgar language (including racist language Hateful, sexual, or vulgar) is not allowed in the RETO HUB marketplace, although RETO HUB allows members to change their username once to resolve the issue. Violating this policy may result in: Your account has been suspended or permanently closed. Members should treat their fellow members and Retohub employees with respect. We understand that delays or disputes can be frustrating and may cause complications. However, we do not tolerate harassment, threats, insults, obscenity, or other inappropriate language. sent to RETO HUB members or staff. Members are prohibited from using any services provided by Retohub.com or any information. of members obtained through transactions conducted on our website for the purpose of soliciting outside trading, such as creating orders, solicitations, sending messages, emails, or other activities. These policies are in place to facilitate safe and fair trading for all members. Violating these policies may result in your account being disabled. Suspended or permanently closed

 

11. Other Policies

RETO HUB is strongly committed to providing a safe trading location for all members. Our entire business is focused on securing trading for gamers. in a way that reduces Transaction risks, such as product delivery or payment defaults and/or misrepresentation of orders. Therefore, while we encourage communication on RETO HUB between our members, we prohibit users from soliciting or soliciting outside trades. This means that members are not allowed to use the RETO HUB messaging system to share information for the purpose of conducting transactions outside of RETO HUB. If you violate this policy, You may be subject to the following penalties: Written warning. and/or permanent suspension of your account. See provisions 3.2 and 5.4 of our User Agreement. If you violate this policy You will be subject to the following penalties: A formal written warning A monetary fine and/or permanent suspension of your account. 12. Entire Agreement

This agreement is supplemental to the User Agreement published on www.retohub.com, and the terms and conditions herein shall form an integral part of the User Agreement.
